Privacy policy
This policy matches what depthincremental.com actually loads. The guide is published independently of Core Loop. The contact address is [email protected], and the date at the top of this page is the date of the current text.
What loads on a first visit
- Pages, pictures and fonts come from this site. The fonts are files in the build, not a call to a font host.
- Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-NEH6QF0NWC. The page requests gtag.js from googletagmanager.com and sends page-view and event data to google-analytics.com. It is loaded by default, not held back for a click.
- Microsoft Clarity, project z7aehhnn24. The page creates the tag at clarity.ms/tag/z7aehhnn24, which loads session-replay and heatmap code from scripts.clarity.ms and reports to regional collection hosts such as a.clarity.ms and o.clarity.ms (other letter-prefixed clarity.ms hosts can be selected). It is loaded by default.
- Adsterra, publisher 3403020. Two page-level units load: Native Banner 32051017 and Social Bar 32051018, both from bicea.org. The Native Banner sits in the content column; the Social Bar is the fixed bar at the bottom-right. Adult ads are switched off in the Adsterra panel for this website.
- YouTube. The player is not requested until you press the video image on a page that shows it. It then loads the privacy-enhanced player from youtube-nocookie.com for that one video.
- The home and updates pages request official game statistics through a same-site service. That service reads public Roblox game and voting records, forwards no visitor identifiers and caches the response for 60 seconds. Play on Roblox opens an external site, governed by Roblox’s own policy.
Default on, and what Reject does
On a first visit with no stored choice, the page writes granted, loads GA4, Clarity and Adsterra straight away, and then shows the banner so you can change your mind. This is the default-load model: the banner is notice plus a withdrawal control, not a gate. Pressing Reject writes denied for 180 days under di_consent_v1, updates Google Consent Mode so analytics and advertising storage are denied, stops Clarity, and reloads the document to cancel the active tags. On the resulting page load the loader sees the denied record and does not request Clarity or either Adsterra unit. Pressing Accept writes granted again and reloads to restore them. If the browser sends Global Privacy Control, the page treats that as Reject without waiting for a click. Do Not Track is not read as a separate switch because browsers no longer send it consistently; Global Privacy Control is the signal this site honours.
Cookies and local storage
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| di_consent_v1 | This site (localStorage) | Your granted or denied choice and the time it was written | 180 days, then rewritten on the next visit |
| di_ad_social_closed | This site (localStorage) | Remembers that you used Hide ad bar, so the Social Bar is not requested again | 180 days |
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Tells one browser apart from another for aggregate reports | 2 years |
| _ga_<container> | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps the session state for this property | 2 years |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Persists the Clarity user id and preference | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Joins page views into one session recording | 1 day |
| Adsterra cookies | Adsterra (bicea.org) | Frequency capping, ad selection and measurement for the two units above | Chosen and retained by Adsterra under its own policy; this site cannot read or change them |
| YouTube cookies | YouTube / Google | Set only after you press play, for playback and its own measurement | Set by YouTube under Google’s policy |
Why the data is used, and for how long
- Analytics and advertising: the configured behaviour is default loading until you press Reject or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. First-visit loading does not itself establish legal consent. GA4 event data is kept for the retention period set in the property (no more than 14 months). Clarity keeps recordings for up to 30 days and aggregated heatmap data longer, as set by Microsoft.
- The consent record and the ad-bar close flag: strictly necessary to remember your choice, so they are stored on your device without asking again. They expire after 180 days and are rewritten on the next visit.
- Email to [email protected]: read to answer you, on the basis of the message you started. Kept while the thread is open, then deleted when it is no longer needed.
- This site does not run accounts, does not ask for a game login, and does not build its own advertising profile. Adsterra and Google build their own profiles under their policies.
Personalized advertising and how to opt out
Adsterra may personalize the two units using its own cookies. You can withdraw that personalization at the Adsterra privacy page, at Google ad settings for Google-served ads, at the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out (YourAdChoices), at the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, and at Your Online Choices in the EU and UK. Reject on this site stops this site from requesting the Adsterra units at all for 180 days, which is stronger than an ad-personalization opt-out. Browser-level blocking and Global Privacy Control also work.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of the email this site holds about you, a correction, deletion, or a limit on how that mail is used. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority where you live. For data held by Google, Microsoft or Adsterra, use the vendor privacy pages linked above; I can pass a request on but cannot delete a vendor’s record myself. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner, and Hide ad bar is separate so closing the bar does not change your analytics choice.
If this page changes, the date on the page changes with it. Older statements are not left up as if they were current.
Questions
Do you run ads and analytics?
Yes. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load on the first visit, before you click anything. The banner is there to tell you and to let you reject them; Reject turns them off and is remembered for 180 days.
How do I change my mind?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Reject stores a denied choice and tells GA4 and Clarity to stop; Accept stores a granted choice. Either record lasts 180 days in this browser. Hide ad bar separately remembers that you closed the Adsterra Social Bar.
Who do I email?
[email protected] for access, correction, deletion, or an objection about this site or its mailbox.
